Quotes of Rose Cunningham 3

Here are some more of my quotes. No longer do I write one every night, but rather one to four per night, varying the nights I write quotes on. So, without further ado, I present my third set of quotes starting with one that I like and then the rest will be my own:

"If you live to be 100, I want to be 100 minus a day so I'll never have to live without you."

- A. A. Milne

"With determination and motivation, you can achieve beyond imagination."

"You are a gift with many parts; open a new present every day."

(romantic, but not nearly as romantic as the proposal i wrote for my novel just moments before this quote was thought up...) "Special feelings towards special hearts; Nothing could ever split our souls apart."

"Underachieving is just re-achieving in disguise."

"Cherish the moments in life that are miraculous for they can never be quite duplicated as they are at first."

"Inspiration can be applied anywhere, anytime."

"To obtain inspiration, look around at those magnificent things."

"When looking at something supposedly negative, change it it something positive by merely altering how you look at it."

"All year round, special things are special things."

"Keys to Success:

  • work hard

  • be rewarded

  • love

  • appreciate

  • believe

  • smile"

"Whatsoever one is doing, do it with passion and do it to the fullest."

"When making a choice, decide wholeheartedly, and stick to it, following your decision all the way."

Interruptory Quote:

I have a sappy book that is a collection of quotes about love and another about friendship and one was in there that I must share:

" A friend is someone who knows the song to your heart and can sing it back to you when you forget."

Also this one:

" True love stories never have endings."

P.S. I got them at Michael's, where creativity happens.

Back to my original quotes:

"If you change your thoughts, you can can change the world."

"If you let something fall, it breaks."

"Let your happiness shine through to all who want to see the real you."

"His smile was enough to melt my heart."

"He smiled at me and it lit up my world."

P.S. He and his can be substituted for She and her.

"If there is something you do not want to do such as a chore, a chat, an assignment, an acceptance of responsibility, etcetera, push yourself to do it. Then it has disappeared."

"Listen to your heart and respond."

"With imagination, find inspiration, to get motivation, to get determination, to give others inspiration....."

Well, that's all for now. I'll keep writing them and hope you enjoyed them and my previous quotes! Hopefully they gave a twinkling of inspiration and made you smile at least once. Thanks for reading! =)

Why?

This is a poem I wrote in the dread of my day, that makes me slump down so much, my brains sink into the floor. This expresses my true feelings about lack of righteous educators and the watered- down Georgia curriculum and how it makes advanced students feel when they are placed in these unfortunate situations.

Sorry if I offend anyone who is completely satisfied with the Georgia school systems. Obviously, I am not one of those people.

Why am I stuck here

Spinning in this vortex of boredom?

Why can't I be somewhere productive, making use of my life,

Instead of jailed in this prison of faux learning?

I am injured,

Scarred for life,

For I will never have a chance of success,

If I am buried in this holey gash of pretend.

My bones ache for a chance to learn;

My heart is pounding for a decent education;

My brain cells are dying in response

To the lack of response

Of unasked questions-

For fear I might learn.

Why am I stuck here

Spinning in this vortex of boredom?

If I was taught anything, perhaps I'd know.

If I had some teachings, maybe I'd form a clue.

If I had material to study from, I might obtain some knowledge;

But seeing as that is forbidden,

And I can do nothing about it,

I do not know.

I am forced to withstand this torture for what?

Continue depriving my starved body for what cause?

I must find out- but wait,

In this penitentiary, learning is abolished.

Libraries

Hello followers! It's nice to be posting again. A whole decade has passed since I posted last! I hope everyone had a great new year and if you live near an awesome snow day! I know that Kirthi will be proud and maybe some others that know me, but I finally went to a library a few moments ago. I just got back actually! I would like to inform everyone that it is the most inspirational place you will ever witness! It made me so motivated and determined and gave me such a positive feeling! It magically transported me to a quiet stream hidden by an plethora of lush chartreuse leaves and rose blossoms. I was sitting in the fresh grass gazing dreamily at the sky with a thousand hopes dancing in my eyes. I was again in a magical land. I had begun a trek up the most scenic mountain with jagged rocks swirled together with nature's paintbrush. I could smell the iced peak although I was only a beginner. It made me know I could reach the top though. Then the warm tub enveloped my relaxed body as the bubbles rose further and further up my neck until I could taste them. The candlelight shadowed a festival of dance upon the walls and the moonlit window streamed in an illuminating shine upon the fresh tone in the room. Then I came back to the scene in the library. I felt all those places still and more. The books would take me beyond wonders. Only if you have been to one, you can know what I am talking about. It is amazing how much inspiration can uplift your soul when you vacation to a library.

Quotes of Rose Cunningham 2

These are the quotes I have done from 11/11 until 12/12. There are mostly one per day. Enjoy! Every first quote I post is one that someone else originated, but is one of my favorites!

"Reach for the moon, even if you miss, you'll land among the stars."

"Enthusiasm is an over-joyous feeling when one is optimistic and realistic."

"I would like to proclaim to the world: 'APPRECIATE'!"

"Rise and shine your brilliance upon the world in which you live."

"Thinking of others = perfection"

"Helping others helps you."

"Time together is time well spent."

"Marvelous moments make magnificent memories."

"In life, there is almost always a next time. If it isn't the expected way, remember you will improve with experience. If it is the way you want, be grateful and know you have reached a new height."

This is my pitiful approach on one-liner comedy. I was not born for this, but alas:

"I abhor when someone gives you a sheet with the instructions: 'Elaborate.' Are they talking about the sheet or the instructions?"

"Life is like a show. On stage, you are trying your best to impress and are letting the audience know someone you aren't. But backstage is where it all happens. You reveal your true self , yet you are always thinking of improvements that will please."

"Life is not what's in it for you, but what you can do to get more happiness for the people in it with you."

"When in doubt, study."

"When time slips by, so does everything you could've accomplished and a part of your life."

"You can achieve more when you put forth the effort to do it right the first time."

"It doesn't matter what others think of you. Please yourself because you are the one you will have with you all your life. Choose friends that accept you for who you are because your friendship will be true."

This is one said by my 7th grade social studies teacher, Darren Armstrong. I totally agree:

"Fear is drawn by the unknown."

And a wintery one:

"Snowmen are joyous and a snowman is joy."

Pessimistic Essay on Optimism

Here it is! It may be a little rough seeing as I am primarily optimistic, but here goes:

Pessimistic Essay on Optimism

The world is full of happy people. Some may see this as an advantage, but you are wrong. With happy people come fantasies. When fantasies are lost and don't come true, you are sad and lost. This creates desperate situations which is terrible in the world. Also happy people just aren't realistic. They are just so... smiley and most definitely not practical. I just hate it. Why am I stuck in this world of, dare I say it, optimism. Pessimists will rule the world! Cloudy days and rain will come and wipe the smiles off your bubbly- eck- little faces! Mwahhahahaha! Ooh, a touch of evil does nicely.

Anyhow, pessimism is the way to go. No more ruined realities. Optimism just gets you down. I don't see why it happens that people get their hopes up to have them bombed down, burned to ashes, leaving incinerated smithereens of despair left. It makes them so......... pessimistic.

RAoK

RAoK stand for Random Act of Kindness. This means that every day you should do something nice for someone. Big or small, kindness can always be spread. This is just a small thing you can do to promote happiness, joy, and friendship.
